Artwork Instructions & Templates
Option 1:
Place your design in to our template
Download the templates that you’ll need.
(Non-branded templates are available upon request if you need to send them on to your customers).
Ensure your artwork meets the following criteria before submitting your completed files via our Artwork Submission Form.
Artwork Criteria:
1. Return your completed artwork in two layers only – the knife line and the artwork.
2. Specify CMYK colour codes used in your design.
3. Use the on-line tool within your design software to convert all text portions of the artwork to outlines to remove any font dependencies.
4. Ensure the maximum type area border is removed.
5. Ensure the artwork must not exceed the maximum image/ink area.
6. Ensure all design/image files are unlocked.
7. Return artwork files in high res PDF, EPS or AI files via our Artwork Submission Form.
What Happens Next?
Submit your artwork via our Artwork Submission Form and we’ll get our designers to curve it, make it print-ready and email it back to you for final approval within 1-2 business days.
NOTES:
1. We’re happy to set your artwork up and curve it for FREE when your job is definitely going ahead but in the event that the job doesn’t go ahead we reserve the right to invoice $25+GST per design/cup size for laying out and/or curving your artwork.
2. We print in CMYK so where possible please provide CMYK colour codes for your artwork. Artwork not provided in CMYK can be subject to minor colour variations.
Option 2:
Send us your artwork & we’ll do it for you
While we are not set up as a “Design House” as such, we’re more than happy to help you lay-out any simple designs on your behalf.
The following are some details that would really help us put together the design for you:
- A hand drawn sketch of what you are thinking as a design (if it is hard to explain in an email), otherwise written instructions are fine.
- Instructions on size and positioning of any logos and images, eg. if you want your logo appearing on one or two sides of the cup?
- The CMYK codes of any requested colours.
- Access to vector files (eg. AI or EPS files) of any logos and high res images you wish to use in the design. Please note that providing low res images will result a pixelated print output.
- Your tagline, contact info or any other text you wish to include in the design. Along with the font type of that text.
What Happens Next?
After following the instructions above, email what you have through to info@mypapercups.com.au and we’ll get our designers to curve it, make it print-ready and email it back to you for final approval within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Instructions & Timeframes
Delivery instructions for each job are requested from the customer upon acceptance of the job and confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch.
Shipping Timeframes
MyPaperCups uses a wide range of courier services depending on the shipping destination and the quanitity of cups/lids being shipped. Customers are provided with an estimated date that the cups will leave our sydney factory and when they should expect to recieve their goods. General delivery time from dispatch is 1-2 business days to major metros areas with deliveries to rural and more regional areas typically taking 3-5 business days.
Shipping Cost
The cost of the shipping on each of the products is outlined in the quotes provided to the customer prior to commencing with the job.
Deliveries Outside of Australia
All shipping costs outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. This is outlined in any quotes requested by customers looking to ship cups/lids overseas.
