You can submit your artwork either by:
a) uploading a print-ready design using our templates or
b) by sending your concept for the team to set up for you.

Delivery instructions for each job are requested from the customer upon acceptance of the job and confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch.
MyPaperCups uses a wide range of courier services depending on the shipping destination and the quanitity of cups/lids being shipped. Customers are provided with an estimated date that the cups will leave our Sydney factory and when they should expect to recieve their goods. General delivery time from dispatch is 1-2 business days to major metros areas with deliveries to rural and more regional areas typically taking 3-5 business days.
The cost of the shipping on each of the orders is calculated as part of the online ordering process once a shipment location has been entered. The cost is outlined prior to the purchased being finalised and paid for.
All shipping costs outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. This is outlined in any quotes requested by customers looking to ship cups/lids overseas.
