This isn’t a process that we previously required but unfortunately we’ve now learned – the hard way – about the benefits of such a process and require this information going forward from new customers we haven’t previously worked with. Sorry – we just can’t afford not to.

If you are a previous customer who has previously paid on account (and paid on time), please contact us on 1300 721 340 or email us at info@mypapercups.com.au and we’ll set you up with a unique MyPaperCups Purchase Order No. that can be applied to this order and any future orders you’d like to place.

NEW CUSTOMERS:

Please understand that we require the following information before we are able to approve a credit account for your purchase.  Approval of the credit account may take up to 7 days (depending on how easy it is to contact the Trade References).
